Guggenheim Capital Markets' mortgage-backed securities (MBS) trading desk is staffed by veteran traders with depth of experience and focus on the secondary market. While the major traditional Wall Street firms emphasize the primary markets, our sales and trading staff create significant value for clients by exploiting inefficiencies in the secondary markets. Augmenting this focus, the desk originates new-issue collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs) and works with accounts to tailor specific cash flows to meet their investment objectives.
