Guggenheim's Private Fund Group (The Fund Group) has been actively involved since 2000 in placement with institutional investors of private equity, hedge funds, and real estate investment funds. The team has raised $2 billion since the inception of the business.
The Fund Group raises capital for Guggenheim Partners' internal funds and for select external private equity, hedge and real-estate funds that do not compete with Guggenheim's proprietary strategies. Fund-raising assignments typically target a mix of institutional investors (corporate and public pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurance companies, banks, fund of fund managers) and private investors.
