Diversity and Inclusion

Business Development Resource Groups (BDRGs)

We believe in maximizing the full potential of our people by creating opportunities for professional and personal development. Employee networks create new opportunities for our people to engage, learn, and collaborate on diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster awareness, innovation, leadership, pipeline diversity, career development, mentoring, sponsorships, client relationships, community impact, and shared best practices.

Guggenheim has several employee networks known as “Business Development Resource Groups” (BDRGs).  Our BDRGs are open to all employees.

Women’s Innovation and Inclusion Network (WIIN)

Multicultural Employee Business Network (MEBN)

Veterans Initiative Advisory Committee (VIAC)
