Guggenheim Securities - Investment Banking is pleased to offer sophomore undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about a career in investment banking by participating in our Investment Banking Sophomore FOCUS Program, a one-day event taking place in our New York office on Friday, March 29.
The day will include information sessions, educational panels, networking opportunities, and an opportunity to interview for our 2020 Summer Analyst Intern Program. The program is designed to help students learn more about a career in Investment Banking at Guggenheim.
Students should demonstrate the following:
- A strong interest in finance and accounting
- The ability to take ownership
- Creative thinking
- A commitment to diversity
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Leadership skills

The Sophomore FOCUS Program is open to second year undergraduate students (graduating in December 2020 or May 2021)
- enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program;
- interested in investment banking;
- identify as Black/African American, Latina/Latino/Hispanic, Native American, LGBTQ+, and/or are female; and
- permanently authorized to work in the United States.
