NEW YORK – Pillar Multifamily, LLC, an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners (Pillar), and 801 Capital Finance Company, LLC, an affiliate of Flat 801 Management Company (801 Capital) today announced their entry into a Correspondent Agreement, effective immediately.
801 Capital will source Fannie Mae-eligible multifamily mortgage loans for Pillar throughout its national network, outside of southern California. Pillar will have the first option, but not the obligation, to originate all Fannie Mae eligible mortgage loans sourced by 801 Capital.
“Our agreement formalizes a longstanding relationship we have had with the principals of 801 Capital, and we believe 801 Capital will be instrumental in the continued growth of Pillar,” said Robert Russell, Chief Production Officer of Pillar.
