Guggenheim Partners Announces Launch of Representative Office in Japan

Experienced Banker Atsuhito Sakai Hired to Lead Efforts

Guggenheim Partners, a global investment and advisory firm, has opened a representative office in Tokyo, Japan.

Guggenheim Partners Japan Representative Office has been established in Tokyo, and will initially conduct market research activities.

Guggenheim also announced the hiring of Atsuhito Sakai as Senior Managing Director and Guggenheim’s Representative in Japan. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Sakai was Managing Director and Senior Banker for Corporate and Investment Banking at Société Générale. He brings a wealth of experience in asset management, insurance, and capital markets.
