Guggenheim Partners Hosts the Grace Institute

NEW YORK – On July 14, Guggenheim hosted a professional development event for 10 women from the Grace Institute. Founded over 115 years ago, the Grace Institute empowers underserved women in the New York area with job-skills training, counseling, placement services and continuous learning opportunities that lead to upwardly mobile employment.

The event included a career panel where senior-level women at the firm shared career advice given to them by mentors and learned from experience. Grace participants also had the opportunity to shadow Guggenheim employees and learn about the firm. The event concluded with mentoring sessions where Grace participants met with multiple Guggenheim employees.
