Brennan to Lead Commercial Real Estate Finance Group
Guggenheim Securities, a subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners, LLC, announced today that Robert Brennan and Anand Gajjar have recently joined the Commercial Real Estate Finance group as senior managing directors. Brennan will lead the group and report to Ron Iervolino, head of the fixed income sales and trading arm of Guggenheim Securities. The Commercial Real Estate Finance Group – formed in 2009 as a trading platform for CMBS and related products – originates, trades, structures and distributes a broad range of commercial real estate debt instruments.

Brennan joins Guggenheim from Credit Suisse where he spent 18 years and was the global head of the real estate finance and securitization business. A 27-year veteran of Wall Street, Brennan has served in many roles including trading, structuring and investment banking.
Gajjar also joins Guggenheim from Credit Suisse, where he spent 15 years and was most recently a senior member of the real estate finance and securitization group. During his tenure with Credit Suisse, Gajjar launched and built-out numerous commercial real estate businesses and products. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Gajjar worked at Fitch Investors Ratings Service and at Kenneth Leventhal.
